Please join us on Saturday, February 17th as we welcome returning presenter Dr. John Borgen, PsyD, BCBA-D to ORABA’s first 2018 quarterly meeting and workshop on practical ABA interventions for feeding challenges!
Last year, Dr. Borgen presented an overview of some of the research, practices, and a brief overview of some of the techniques used to treat feeding disorders – to increase variety of foods consumed, decrease food refusal, and increase amount of food eaten as well as addressing rigid, repetitive behavior. This time he returns to give us some training in how practitioners can use these procedures in a more natural setting (as opposed to a feeding clinic) without using traditional escape extinction.
This presentation is provided to the public for free or $20/2 Type II CEUs for the BACB. This 2-hour presentation is designed for advanced level participants: BCBAs but we welcome students, RBTS, RBAIS, BCaBAs and other interested practitioners. This presentation covers: behavior analytic methodology and practice. Attendance procedure: sign in/out at the door (online attendance collected via web software). Please post or share this event with anyone who might be interested, including students/supervisees. Please email us with any questions via the icon below or to firstname.lastname@example.org.
